President: a) The chief executive officer of the organization, b) Directly elected by the members, c) Cannot run for more than one term at a time, d)After finishing the term would automatically become the member of the Advisory Committee for one term, e) Would call meetings, f) Would preside over the meeting, g) Would sign all resolutions of Executive Committee (EC) meetings before it can go in effect, h) Would have veto power over the decision of EC, i) Would designate project leader, j) Would distribute works among the members.
